- PRM, headquartered in Salt Lake City, is a contract office furniture dealer and consultant originally based in Silicon Valley. A Project Coordinator, representing many trusted contractors, manufacturers and brands. The client drawing or layout of the planned installation or reconfiguration in systems furniture applications shall facilitate a client agreement and begin order processing.
- All client information will be kept confidential as to the nature of the work, pricing and schedule. This includes all files, but not limited to images, layouts and designs, equipment sheets, furniture selected, and purchase orders.
- Design and Installation
- Our estimate is based on being allowed free and clear access to the area where furniture, special equipment or modular systems will be delivered and installed. All personal contents and furniture should be removed in advance of the delivery, unless decommissioning and moving services are included in the estimate.
- The client has consulted with a general contractor and has been provided with the necessary information to obtain building permits in the local jurisdiction. In most cases, an electrical contractor should be contacted, and activities approved by an authorized property manager. The client is to notify PRM if they need a reference for a related subcontractor.
- As a precaution, it is agreed that the client is ultimately responsible for checking the correctness of product, description and type, finishes, and workstation counts received by PRM or its approved affiliates prior to placing the order for their customer. PRM requires an approved layout and specifications by an authorized representative of the client prior to delivery and installation.
- Conditions and Exclusions
- Generally, additional work outside of the scope will be performed as a change order and requires a client signature prior to installation. The project site should have free and clear access for all decommissions, moves, additions, and installations. Card access should be provided to a designated and authorized PRM coordinator when work is performed after hours.
- PRM services are limited to those allowed by local law. However, other specialized trades may be authorized to provide backbone, closet build out, server, and security cameras. Ceiling tiles should be opened and not installed prior to pre-wire or installation of power base feeds and comm poles.
- PRM provides the fastest and most efficient possible shipment and delivery of all products. As a result, contract modular systems, special equipment, and furniture may be shipped to a third-party location prior to scheduling delivery and installation.
